Dr Sanjay Parashar is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon and the founder of Cocoona Centre for Aesthetic Transformation in Dubai. He has practised plastic surgery for 30 years across India, Australia, the United States and the Gulf, has performed more than 3,000 rhinoplasties, is ISAPS National Secretary for the UAE, and is a member of the Rhinoplasty Society of Europe.

Rhinoplasty since 1993.
Dr Sanjay Parashar has performed rhinoplasty since 1993. His first case was a nasal tip reconstruction for a man who had lost his nose, followed by reconstruction of injured noses and training in craniomaxillofacial surgery, before his focus moved to aesthetic rhinoplasty. He has performed rhinoplasty in Dubai since 2005, using open or closed techniques and, where needed, cartilage grafts from the septum, ear or rib, or silicone or Porex implants in selected cases.

A bump on the bridge
A dorsal hump is reduced by carefully lowering bone and cartilage, then re-shaping the nasal bones so the bridge is smooth from the side and even from the front.
