Dr Sanjay Parashar
Dr Sanjay Parashar is a Consultant Plastic Surgeon and the founder of Cocoona Centre for Aesthetic Transformation in Dubai. He has practised plastic surgery for 30 years across India, Australia, the United States and the Gulf, has performed more than 3,000 rhinoplasties, is ISAPS National Secretary for the UAE, and is a member of the Rhinoplasty Society of Europe.
Dr Sanjay Parashar trained in general surgery and plastic surgery in India, completed a craniofacial fellowship, and holds recognition from the Royal Australian College of Surgeons. Craniofacial training matters in rhinoplasty: the nose is planned as part of the whole face, not as an isolated feature.
He founded Cocoona Centre for Aesthetic Transformation & Day Surgery Centre on Al Wasl Road, Dubai, where he leads the surgical team. Alongside his practice he teaches — as an International Visiting Professor with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, as aesthetic faculty for AIIMS and the National Board of Examinations in India, and through the Dr Sanjay Academy.
He has written six patient guides on aesthetic surgery and contributed chapters to specialist textbooks, including the Textbook of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgery (Vol. 6, Aesthetic Surgery).

A nose is judged against the forehead, eyes, lips and chin. Planning starts with facial proportions, so the result sits naturally in your face.

Every consultation checks the septum and airway. If function can be improved in the same operation, it is discussed with you.

Selected at the Bergamo Open Rhinoplasty Course.
At the Sixth Bergamo Open Rhinoplasty Course, held with the annual meeting of the Rhinoplasty Society of Europe, Dr Sanjay's video on open tip septorhinoplasty with extracorporeal septoplasty in a patient with an ethnic nose was selected for the video competition session for the "Luca Ortelli" Bergamo Open Rhinoplasty Course award, alongside rhinoplasty surgeons from Europe, Africa and the Middle East.
