What the fee includes

  • Surgeon's fee, including planning and simulation at consultation
  • Anaesthetist's fee (general anaesthesia)
  • Operating theatre and one night in hospital (each additional night is AED 2,500)
  • Splint, dressings and medication on discharge
  • Splint removal at about one week and routine follow-up visits during the first year

Not usually included: blood tests and scans before surgery, specialist assessments (for example ENT or cardiology), extra nights in hospital (AED 2,500 per night), and travel and accommodation for international patients.

What changes the price?

Two noses that look similar can need very different operations. These are the factors that move a quote up or down:

FactorWhy it matters
Primary or revisionRevision surgery works with scar tissue and missing cartilage, so it takes longer and needs more planning.
Breathing workStraightening the septum, reducing the turbinates or supporting the nasal valves adds time and steps.
Cartilage graftsSeptal cartilage is used first. If there is not enough, cartilage is taken from the ear or rib, which adds a second site.
Length of surgeryMost operations take 1.5–3 hours; complex revisions can take longer, which changes theatre and anaesthesia fees.
Hospital stayOne night is included. Some patients need an extra night, at AED 2,500 per night.
Skin and tipThick skin and a weak tip often need more structural support to hold the new shape.

Why surgeon experience is part of the price

Rhinoplasty is widely regarded as one of the most demanding operations in facial plastic surgery: millimetre changes are visible, the nose must keep breathing well, and the result settles over about a year. Dr Sanjay Parashar has performed more than 3,000 rhinoplasties over 30 years of facial surgery and is a member of the Rhinoplasty Society of Europe and the International Society of Aesthetic Plastic Surgery.

What you pay for is not only the operation, but the judgement behind it: knowing what to change, what to leave alone, and how to support the nose so it ages well.

The cost of a cheap nose job: a revision rhinoplasty usually costs more than a well-planned first operation and is technically harder. When comparing quotes, ask exactly what is included and who performs the surgery.

How to compare rhinoplasty quotes in Dubai

  1. Check the licence. The surgeon and the facility should be licensed by the Dubai Health Authority (DHA). You can check a licence on the DHA website.
  2. Compare like with like. Make sure each quote includes anaesthesia, the facility, the stay and follow-up.
  3. Ask who operates. The surgeon you meet at consultation should be the surgeon who performs the operation.
  4. Ask about revisions. Find out what happens, and what it costs, if a small touch-up is needed later.
  5. Look at real results. Ask to see before-and-after photos of noses similar to yours.

Insurance and payment

Cosmetic rhinoplasty is not covered by insurance in the UAE. If you also have a breathing problem from a deviated septum or enlarged turbinates, some insurers will cover the functional part of a septorhinoplasty after an ENT assessment. We can provide the medical report your insurer asks for; the cosmetic part remains self-paid.

Ask our team about payment options when you receive your quote.

Rhinoplasty in Dubai for international patients

Patients travel to Dubai from the GCC, India, Africa, Europe and Central Asia. Plan to stay in Dubai for 7–10 days: surgery, a night of rest, and splint removal and a check at about one week. You can start the process before you fly by sending three photos (front, left side, right side) on WhatsApp for an initial opinion.

Frequently asked questions about rhinoplasty cost

How much is a nose job in Dubai?
With Dr Sanjay Parashar, primary rhinoplasty in Dubai costs from AED 30,000. Revision rhinoplasty costs from AED 35,000, septorhinoplasty from AED 35,000 and tip-only rhinoplasty from AED 25,000. Your exact fee depends on your plan and is confirmed in writing after consultation.
Why does rhinoplasty cost more in Dubai than in some other countries?
Fees in Dubai reflect DHA-licensed surgeons and facilities, accredited operating theatres, specialist anaesthetists and follow-up in the same city. The lowest quote often leaves out anaesthesia, the facility, grafts or aftercare.
Is the consultation fee deducted from the surgery fee?
The consultation fee is AED 600. It is deducted from your surgery fee if you go ahead with the operation.
Does insurance cover rhinoplasty in the UAE?
Cosmetic rhinoplasty is not covered. Some UAE insurers cover the functional (breathing) part of a septorhinoplasty after an ENT assessment and imaging. You pay the cosmetic part yourself.
Is revision rhinoplasty more expensive?
Usually, yes. Revision surgery takes longer, often needs cartilage grafts from the ear or rib, and requires more experience to plan. Revision rhinoplasty with Dr Sanjay costs from AED 35,000.
How much does non-surgical rhinoplasty cost in Dubai?
Non-surgical (filler) rhinoplasty costs from AED 5,000. It is temporary, cannot make the nose smaller and carries a rare risk of blocking a blood vessel, so it is not suitable for everyone.
What else should international patients budget for?
Plan to stay in Dubai for 7–10 days until the splint is removed and the first check is done. Budget for flights, accommodation and meals; the surgical fee covers the surgery, anaesthesia, facility and routine follow-up.
